We take your privacy very seriously. Any personal data you send us is being collected and used  by Sheffield for Europe in order to help  our campaign to re-join the EU.

We may collect the following types of data about our supporters: name, email address, postal address, telephone numbers, and any information that you may provide concerning your availability and volunteering interests.  We do not collect any special categories of personal data  about our supporters unless there is a clear reason for doing so; i.e. provision of appropriate facilities in order to enable  participation  in an event. We only collect personal data relevant to the type of transactions you have with our campaign. Our legal justification for collecting and processing  this data is primarily, but not restricted to, our own legitimate interest to, for example, support campaigning actions; support volunteers at events; respond to enquiries; carry out essential service administration, etc.

We are affiliated with the European Movement, and we may also share your information with these groups for campaigning purposes.  We shall not share your personal data with any other third party without your consent. We shall not share your data with individuals outside the European Union.

We retain and store personal data securely where we have an ongoing legitimate need to do so. If we have no legitimate need to keep your data, we shall securely delete it. You have the right to opt out of receiving any communications from us at any time as well as to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data at any time.
